Coach Terms

1. General

1.1. These Terms of SQUAD LLC (TIN 313301535; "SQUAD") govern the use of the coach profile and coach cabinet on the SQUAD Platform.

1.2. The coach cabinet becomes available once a partner Venue adds the coach in its panel or approves the coach's application. The coach accepts these Terms by ticking the consent box when activating the coach profile.

1.3. The Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines also apply.

2. How it works

2.1. On the Platform, a coach works only through a partner Venue. The coach conducts sessions on that Venue's courts under a contract with the Venue (employment, service or other).

2.2. The training service is provided to the Player by the Venue. The training contract is concluded between the Player and the Venue.

2.3. SQUAD is not the coach's employer or client. It does not conduct training sessions and does not provide educational services.

2.4. A coach may be connected to several Venues. Each session is always linked to a specific Venue.

3. Eligibility

3.1. A coach on the Platform must:

• be aged 18 or over;
• be connected by a partner Venue that confirms the coach works with it;
• have the qualifications and experience needed to conduct sessions safely.

3.2. SQUAD may refuse to activate or may deactivate a coach profile. SQUAD does not verify or guarantee coaches' qualifications. The Venue is responsible for selecting its coaches and for their qualifications.

4. Coach cabinet

4.1. The coach cabinet includes:

• a profile;
• a slot schedule;
• session formats (individual and group);
• a bookings list;
• a training chat;
• reviews.

4.2. Depending on the Venue's settings, the price, schedule and number of places are set either by the coach in agreement with the Venue or by the Venue itself.

4.3. The session price for the Player always includes the court.

5. Payment

5.1. The Player pays for the session in the App. The payment provider Atmos credits the session price to the Venue, less SQUAD's commission.

5.2. SQUAD makes no payouts to coaches and is not their tax agent. The Venue pays the coach under the contract between them. The Venue and the coach bear the tax obligations on these payments as required by law.

5.3. A coach must not accept payment outside the Platform from Players who came through SQUAD.

6. Coach obligations

The coach must:

• keep the schedule up to date and avoid double bookings;
• conduct sessions at the paid time and in the stated format;
• ensure session safety, take Players' level and age into account, and work with minors only with parental consent;
• follow the Community Guidelines, and not insult Players or violate their personal boundaries;
• use Players' data only to conduct sessions.

7. Cancellations

7.1. If the coach or the Venue cancels a session, the Player receives a full refund. Frequent cancellations (more than 2 in 30 days without good reason) may lead to lower ranking or deactivation.

7.2. Cancellations by Players follow the Booking Rules: free up to 12 hours before the start.

8. Liability

8.1. The Venue is liable to the Player for conducting the session and for its safety. The coach is liable to the Venue under the contract between them.

8.2. The coach indemnifies SQUAD against losses caused by the coach's breach of these Terms.

8.3. Coaches are advised to hold professional liability insurance.

9. Coach content

While the coach profile is active, the coach grants SQUAD a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the coach's name, photo and description in the App, on the website and in Platform promotion.

10. Term and termination

10.1. These Terms apply for as long as the coach is connected to at least one Venue.

10.2. If a Venue disconnects the coach, the coach's sessions at that Venue are unpublished. Sessions that have already been paid for must be conducted or cancelled with a refund.

10.3. The coach may delete the coach profile at any time.

10.4. SQUAD may block a coach profile for breach of these Terms, safety complaints or payment circumvention.
