Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
1.1. The personal data controller (operator) is SQUAD LLC (TIN 313301535, address: Istiqlolobod MFY, Eski Sariko'l ko'chasi, 8-uy). For data questions, write to support@squadplayers.com.
1.2. This Policy explains:
- what data we collect in the SQUAD mobile app and on the website squadplayers.com;
- why we collect it;
- whom we share it with;
- how you can control it.
We process data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
2. Data we collect
Data you provide:
- phone number (for SMS sign-in);
- name, profile photo, gender, date of birth or age, city;
- sports, playing level, preferred times and venues;
- for coaches: experience, qualifications, description, and the Venue the coach works with;
- messages in match and training chats, reviews, and reports.
Data generated when you use the Platform:
- bookings, matches, results, rating, and tournament entries;
- follows, activity feed, and city leaderboard position;
- payment history: amount, date, status, masked card number (e.g. 8600 **** 1234), and the payment provider's transaction ID.
Device and technical data:
- device model, OS and app version, language, and time zone;
- push notification token;
- IP address, error and crash logs, and anonymised usage statistics.
Location — only with your permission, to show nearby venues and matches. You can switch it off in your phone settings and choose your city manually.
What we do not collect: full card numbers or CVV (these are handled by the payment provider), biometric or genetic data, health data, or your phone contacts. We do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

We send marketing SMS and push messages only with your separate consent. You can opt out in Settings.
4. What other users see
SQUAD profiles are public. Other users can see your name, photo, city, sports, rating, statistics, match history, follows and feed activity. Your phone number is not shown to other users.
When you book a court or a training session, we share your name and phone number with that Venue or Coach so they can identify you and contact you about the booking.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share data only to the extent needed to run the Platform:
- Venues and Coaches — name and phone, to fulfil your booking;
- Atmos (payment provider) — to process payments and refunds;
- SMS provider (Eskiz) — your phone number, to send verification codes;
- Google LLC (Firebase, Google Cloud) — hosting, database, authentication, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting;
- Functional Software Inc. (Sentry) — error reporting;
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC — push notification delivery;
- map service — to show venues on a map;
- public authorities — upon lawful request.
All processors act on our instructions and must keep the data confidential.
6. International transfers and storage location
6.1. Part of our infrastructure (Google Cloud / Firebase, Sentry) is located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan, including in the United States. By consenting to the processing of your personal data, you consent to its cross-border transfer to these countries. We choose providers that ensure strong data protection.
6.2. SQUAD does not process data categories that Uzbek law requires to be stored within the country (biometric and genetic data). If these requirements change, we will comply.
7. Retention
- Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
- Data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days after you delete your account.
- Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 5 years).
- Your messages in shared match chats are anonymised and show as "Deleted user".
- Match results are kept in anonymised form so that other players' ratings are not affected.
- Error logs are kept for up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about your data and how it is processed;
- correct or complete your data (most of it can be edited in your profile);
- request deletion and delete your account;
- withdraw consent (this may make further use of the Platform impossible);
- opt out of marketing messages;
- complain to the authorised state body for personal data or to a court.
Send requests to support@squadplayers.com. We respond within 10 business days.
9. Account deletion
In the App: "Profile → Settings → Delete account". Without the App: email support@squadplayers.com from the phone number linked to your account, or use the page squadplayers.com/delete-account. For details, see "Account and Data Deletion".
10. Security
We protect your data with:
- encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
- role-based access for staff and contractors;
- access logging;
- storage with reputable cloud providers.
Sign-in works only with one-time SMS codes, so there are no passwords that could leak.
11. Children
The Platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you learn that a child has registered without parental consent, contact support@squadplayers.com and we will delete the account.
12. Website and cookies
The website squadplayers.com uses only strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, anonymised visit analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
13. Changes
We notify you in the App about material changes to this Policy. The current version is always available at squadplayers.com/privacy.
