Community Guidelines

SQUAD is a community of people who want to play. The rules are simple: respect, honesty and being on time.

1. Respect

• No insults, threats, bullying or discrimination of any kind.
• No harassment or sexual messages.
• Argue about the score, not about people.

2. Fair play

• Enter only real match results.
• Do not create multiple accounts or play on someone else's behalf.
• Be honest about your level when you register.
• Rating manipulation leads to a rating reset and a ban.

3. Be on time

• If you sign up, show up. If you cannot make it, leave the match as early as possible so someone else can take your place.
• Frequent no-shows lower your reliability score and may limit your access to open matches.

4. Content

Do not post:

• explicit, violent or shocking content;
• advertising or spam;
• other people's personal data;
• material that breaks the laws of Uzbekistan or infringes copyright.

Your profile photo must be of you.

5. Pay only through SQUAD

Do not arrange bookings you found on SQUAD outside the Platform. If a booking is not made in the App, you lose refunds, support and rating credit.

6. Reporting and blocking

• Tap a profile or message, choose "Report" and give a reason.
• Tap "Block" to stop that user from seeing or joining your matches and from messaging you in chats.
• We review reports within 24 hours. For urgent cases, email support@squadplayers.com.

7. Sanctions

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

• issue a warning;
• remove content;
• temporarily restrict features;
• reset your rating;
• permanently ban your account.

Where there is a threat to life or health, we may pass information to law enforcement.

8. Appeals

If you believe you were blocked by mistake, email support@squadplayers.com within 30 days.
