Consent to Personal Data Processing

By tapping "Continue" when registering in the SQUAD app and confirming my phone number, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give SQUAD LLC (TIN 313301535, address: Istiqlolobod MFY, Eski Sariko'l ko'chasi, 8-uy) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data:

• phone number;
• name, photo, gender, date of birth or age, city;
• sports preferences, playing level, matches, results and rating;
• bookings and payment details (without the full card number);
• chat messages;
• location (if permission is granted);
• device technical data.

2. Purposes:

• registration and identification;
• court and training bookings;
• matchmaking and rating calculation;
• social features;
• notifications and support;
• safety;
• legal compliance.

3. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, and transfer (including to Venues, Coaches, the payment provider, and hosting, SMS and analytics providers as described in the Privacy Policy), anonymisation, blocking and deletion. Processing is carried out both with and without automated means.

4. Cross-border transfer: I consent to the transfer of my data to the countries where SQUAD's processors' servers are located, including the United States (Google Cloud / Firebase, Sentry).

5. Public profile: I understand that my name, photo, rating, statistics and activity are visible to other SQUAD users.

6. Term: this consent is valid until I delete my account or withdraw my consent. I can withdraw it by deleting my account in the App or by writing to support@squadplayers.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it, or data retention required by law.

7. Marketing (separate consent): I agree to receive SQUAD news and offers by SMS and push only if I switch on the corresponding toggle. I can opt out at any time in Settings.
