Terms of Use (Public Offer)

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a public offer by SQUAD LLC (TIN 313301535, address: Istiqlolobod MFY, Eski Sariko'l ko'chasi, 8-uy; "SQUAD", "we") under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. They govern your use of the SQUAD mobile app and the website squadplayers.com (together, the "Platform").

1.2. You accept this offer by registering on the Platform, which means confirming your phone number with an SMS code and ticking the box agreeing to the Terms. Once you accept, a contract on these Terms is formed between you and SQUAD.

1.3. The following documents form an integral part of the Terms: the Privacy Policy, the Booking, Payment and Refund Rules, and the Community Guidelines. Coaches are additionally bound by the Coach Terms, and venues by the Venue Partner Terms.

1.4. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• User (Player) — an individual registered on the Platform.
• Venue (Partner) — a legal entity or individual entrepreneur that lists sports courts or pitches on the Platform and provides them to Players.
• Coach — a person who conducts training sessions at a partner Venue under a contract with it and has been connected to the Platform by that Venue.
• Booking — a reservation of court time or a place in a training session made through the Platform.
• Match — a game created by a User on the Platform together with a court booking.
• Payment Provider — Atmos (or another payment organisation indicated in the App), which processes payments on the Platform.
• Service Fee — SQUAD's fee for the booking service. The amount is shown before payment.

3. SQUAD's role

3.1. SQUAD is an information platform. We help you find and book a court, find playing partners and coaches, and organise a match or tournament.

3.2. SQUAD does not provide courts and does not conduct training sessions. Both the court rental contract and the training contract are concluded between you and the Venue. Training sessions are conducted by a Coach engaged by the Venue. The Venue is responsible for the quality, safety and legality of its services, including the work of its Coaches.

3.3. SQUAD does not accept or hold funds on behalf of Venues. Payments are processed by the Payment Provider. At the moment of payment, the Payment Provider splits the amount: the service price goes to the Venue, and the Service Fee and commission go to SQUAD.

3.4. SQUAD's own service to the User is access to the Platform and the booking service, for which the Service Fee is charged.

4. Registration and account

4.1. The Platform is available to persons aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and to make payments.

4.2. You register with a mobile phone number confirmed by an SMS code. One phone number may hold one Player account. A Coach account may be linked to the same number separately.

4.3. You must provide accurate information: your name, a profile photo that does not show other people, and your playing level. You must not share access to your account. All actions taken in your account are deemed to be yours.

4.4. Player profiles are public. Other users can see your name, photo, rating, match statistics and activity. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4.5. You may delete your account at any time via "Profile → Settings → Delete account" or by writing to support@squadplayers.com.

5. Bookings and payment

5.1. A booking is confirmed instantly after 100% prepayment by bank card. The Platform has no internal wallet or bonus balance.

5.2. Court and training prices are set by the Venue. The total amount, including the Service Fee, is shown before payment.

5.3. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Booking, Payment and Refund Rules. The main rule: free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the start.

5.4. Card details are entered on the Payment Provider's side. SQUAD never receives or stores full card numbers or CVV codes.

6. Matches, rating and tournaments

6.1. A match is always created together with a court booking. The match organiser is responsible for paying for the court as provided in the App and for inviting participants.

6.2. If match participants split the court cost among themselves outside the Platform, they settle it between themselves. SQUAD is not a party to these arrangements.

6.3. The skill rating (0.0–7.0) is calculated by an algorithm from match results and peer ratings. The rating is a guide for matchmaking and is not an official sports ranking. The first 5 matches are calibration matches.

6.4. One participant enters the match result. If no one disputes it, the result is confirmed automatically after 24 hours. Deliberately entering false results violates the Community Guidelines.

6.5. Tournaments are run by the organisers named on the tournament page. The organiser sets the entry conditions, rules and prizes.

7. Sports risk and health

7.1. Sport involves a risk of injury. You take part in matches, training sessions and tournaments voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your own health and consulting a doctor where appropriate.

7.2. SQUAD is not liable for injury or for damage to health or property that occurs at a Venue or during training. Within the limits set by law, the Venue is responsible for court safety and for training sessions.

8. Conduct and content

8.1. On the Platform it is prohibited to:

• insult, threaten, harass or discriminate against other users;
• post illegal, explicit or violent content, or spam;
• create fake accounts or impersonate others;
• manipulate ratings or enter false results;
• use the Platform to bypass payment, for example by agreeing with a Venue to pay outside a booking made on the Platform;
• interfere with the Platform or scrape data by automated means.

8.2. You can report any user or message in the App. You can also block a user, and they will no longer see you in matches and chats you create. We review reports within 24 hours and remove unacceptable content.

8.3. For violations, SQUAD may remove content, restrict features or block accounts. See the Community Guidelines.

8.4. By posting content (photos, messages, reviews), you grant SQUAD a free, non-exclusive licence to use it within the Platform for as long as the content remains on the Platform.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, the SQUAD trademark, the software code and the databases belong to SQUAD. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, decompiling and reselling access are prohibited.

10. Liability

10.1. The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruption but do not guarantee it will be error-free.

10.2. SQUAD is not liable for the acts of Venues, Coaches or other users. However, we help resolve disputes and refund the Service Fee in the cases set out in the Booking Rules.

10.3. SQUAD's liability to a User is limited to the Service Fees that User paid in the preceding 3 months, except where consumer protection law does not permit such a limitation.

11. Changes

We may amend the Terms. We give at least 7 days' notice in the App of any material changes. If you continue to use the Platform after the changes take effect, you accept them.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first. Claims can be sent to support@squadplayers.com, and we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are heard by the court at SQUAD's location. This does not affect a consumer's right to sue in the court of their place of residence.

12.3. The Terms are made in Russian, Uzbek and English. If the texts differ, the Russian version prevails.
